New members with or without previous radio control flying experience are welcome! New members need to submit their application forms and then perform a flight evaluation (coaching will be provided to new pilots) and field orientation session with our club flight instructor. Once they have passed the evaluation they will be issued a photo membership card.
Current membership rates are:
$70 Open Member
$50 Senior Member (over 60)
$27.50 Junior Member (under 18)
NVRCFC memberships are for the calendar year. $25 one-time initiation fee applies to Open and Senior members.

CERTIFICATIONS
1. All members of NVRCFC must be members of the Model Aeronautics Association of Canada. The benefits of belonging to MAAC are:
– Liability Insurance coverage
– Being part of a national voice on aeromodelling
– A magazine with national events and interesting stories about our hobby
2. All members flying aircraft over 250g must hold a Transport Canada – Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) certificate in order to fly. Regardless of aircraft weight, all pilots must follow RPAS operational rules as per Canadian Air Regulations Part IX
